Playoffs and Fun Night
Modified Chapman Format
1. Both players on each team will tee off.
2. Each player will hit their partner’s drive.
3. The team selects one ball after the second shots and plays alternate shot from that position.
4. Alternate shot continues until the green. On the green, both players putt (scramble).
5. Par 3: select best tee shot, then alternate shot from there.
Scoring
• 2 points per hole
• 2 points for low net score
• 20 total points per week
League Details
• Monday Nights - 6:00 PM
• Start: June 1st
• End: August 24th
• 13 weeks of regular play
• Playoffs: August 31st
• Entry Fee: $20 per person (prize fund)
Handicaps & Competition
• Handicaps recalculated every 3–4 weeks
• Weekly competition is against your paired couple
• The league will be split into two flights at the conclusion of the first half. Each flight will crown
both a first-half and second-half winner. A season-ending playoff will be held on August 31st to
determine the overall champions of each flight.
• Mid-season: format may continue or revert to previous format where teams do not compete
against playing partners
Makeup Policy
If unable to play Monday, contact Michelle at 605-237-4882.
• Must complete makeup before next league week
• Advance rounds allowed with witness
• Submit photo of scorecard with date to 605-237-4882
